GROUPAUTO International Acquires Remaining Shares of Softeca

GROUPAUTO International (GAI) acquired the remaining shares of Softeca, giving GAI full ownership and completing the integration of the Burgos-based software developer. The deal builds on GAI’s initial 33% stake acquired in 2022 and is intended to accelerate digital transformation across the automotive aftermarket by expanding GAI’s digital ecosystem and tools for global members.
