Grovecourt Capital Partners Acquires IMRIS Imaging, Inc.

Grovecourt Capital Partners, a West Palm Beach, Florida-based private equity firm, has acquired IMRIS Imaging, Inc., the Chaska, Minnesota-headquartered provider of intraoperative MRI suites. Financial terms were not disclosed; Grovecourt said it will partner with IMRIS management to expand the company's product and service offerings and pursue new intraoperative applications.
