Gryphon Investors Acquires RapidAir from Pfingsten

Gryphon Investors has acquired RapidAir, a provider of downstream compressed air solutions headquartered in Auburndale, Wisconsin, from Pfingsten. Gryphon will operate RapidAir as a platform for future investments in compressed air solutions while RapidAir's CEO Mark LeMire and management remain with the company and retain an ownership stake.
