LEARN Behavioral (backed by Gryphon Investors) acquired Little Leaves Behavioral Services from FullBloom, closing the deal on May 11, 2026. The combined offering pairs Fortreum’s practitioner-led cybersecurity compliance assessments with Kovr.AI’s FedRAMP-authorized, agentic AI platform covering frameworks including FedRAMP, CMMC 2.0, DOD SRG, NIST CSF 2.0, and GovRAMP.
Rootstock Software, backed by Gryphon Investors, announced its acquisition of Ascent Solutions, a provider of Salesforce-native ERP and operational applications. The deal is intended to deepen Rootstock’s Salesforce-native ERP and operational capabilities for manufacturers and distributors, expanding “end-to-end operational execution” across sales, service, and finance.
AirX Climate Solutions, Inc. acquired Northern Air Systems, Inc. to strengthen its mission-critical and specialty HVAC capabilities. Northern Air’s engineering and manufacturing capabilities for complex applications will be integrated into AirX’s HVAC portfolio, with Northern Air founder Tim Confer transitioning to a strategic advisor role and Will Rausch leading operations as general manager.

The deal — terms undisclosed — was completed alongside a strategic debt recapitalization to provide Metagenics with additional capital for organic investment and future M&A; Symprove will continue to be led by CEO Will Bowler.
