GS Foods Group Acquires The Danielsen Company

GS Foods Group, a specialized foodservice distributor owned by affiliates of Highview Capital and A&M Capital Partners, has acquired The Danielsen Company, a Chico, California-based foodservice provider. The deal expands GS Foods' presence in Northern California and strengthens its school nutrition and specialized foodservice distribution network while retaining Danielsen's leadership and staff to ensure continuity for customers.
