FMG, a marketing platform for wealth management enterprises, financial advisors, and insurance professionals, has acquired Testimonial iQ, an online reputation management platform built for the wealth management industry. Testimonial iQ’s compliant testimonials, reviews, referrals, and client feedback tools will be integrated into FMG and the acquired business will be rebranded as FMG Testimonials. The company says the transaction was finalized in December, though financial terms were not disclosed.
