GuideAI Health Corp. Acquires GuideAI Health, Inc. (Business Combination Closing)

GuideAI Health Corp. (formerly 1532139 B.C. Ltd) completed a business combination with GuideAI Health, Inc. via a plan of arrangement under the British Columbia Business Corporations Act, where a wholly owned subsidiary acquired all outstanding shares of Guide Health. In connection with the closing, the company also completed a brokered private placement of 5,150,000 subscription receipts, with proceeds subject to escrow release conditions.
