GXO Logistics Completes Acquisition of PFSweb

GXO Logistics, Inc. completed its acquisition of PFSweb, Inc., a tech-enabled eCommerce order fulfillment platform, for $7.50 per share in cash. The deal adds PFSweb’s payments/fraud protection, customer care, and distributed order orchestration capabilities and expands GXO’s exposure to high-growth eCommerce verticals across North America and Europe.
