H.I.G. Capital said one of its affiliates has completed the acquisition of International Aerospace Coatings (IAC), a provider of aircraft painting solutions and related aviation services. H.I.G. plans to scale IAC by expanding its geographic footprint, investing in additional hangar capacity, and pursuing selective add-on acquisitions.
