H2 Equity Partners Invests in Motive Offshore Group

H2 Equity Partners has made a multimillion-pound growth investment in Motive Offshore Group to support the company's international expansion and accelerate its shift into renewables. The deal adds two H2 representatives to Motive's executive board, replaces previous investor EV Private Equity and will fund continued M&A, fleet expansion and digitalisation of equipment and services.
