Handgards, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, has acquired EMI Yoshi, a Somerville, New Jersey-based supplier of foodservice tableware and catering products. The deal expands Handgards' product offering in the disposables tabletop category and broadens its distribution footprint into the Southeast U.S.
