Hargray Communications Acquires Infinity Network Solutions

Hargray Communications has agreed to acquire Infinity Network Solutions, an IT services firm with operations in Macon and Covington, Georgia. The deal expands Hargray’s Data Center and Managed Services (DCMS) capabilities in the Southeast; Infinity’s founders Robert and Brian Betzel will take on leadership roles within Hargray following the transaction.
