Harrington Industrial Plastics has completed the acquisition of Aetna Plastics in partnership with Aetna management. The deal — executed by Harrington (a Nautic Partners-backed platform) — expands Harrington's fabrication and industrial plastics capabilities in the Midwest and brings Aetna's president Gary Davis into the Harrington organization.
