Harris (N. Harris Computer Corporation), an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired Groupe PG (PG SCF), a Quebec-based provider of integrated management software for the forestry, pulp & paper, recycling and quarry industries. The acquisition expands Harris’s vertical market software offerings and aims to ensure continuity for Groupe PG’s customers while supporting growth into new markets.
