Hasbro has completed its acquisition of D&D Beyond from Fandom, bringing the leading digital RPG toolset into Hasbro's Wizards of the Coast portfolio. The deal is intended to accelerate Hasbro/Wizards of the Coast's direct-to-fan and digital capabilities to deepen player engagement across Dungeons & Dragons' physical and digital offerings.
