HCAP Partners, with financing support from BOK Financial, invested in Lumifi Cyber to fund Lumifi’s acquisition of Datashield from ADT. The deal combines Lumifi’s AI-enabled MDR platform with Datashield’s MDR services and SOC capabilities to expand Lumifi’s managed detection and response offering.
