Headwater Energy has completed its acquisition of Arena Renewables, a distributed generation solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) developer. The deal combines Arena’s project development capabilities and near-1 GW pipeline with Headwater’s financing and operational platform to accelerate deployment across U.S. markets.
