Kevin and Teri Easterly and four team members joined Heffernan Network; Easterly will operate as an autonomous subsidiary leveraging Heffernan Network's market access, back-office resources and expanded capabilities to pursue growth into employee benefits, personal lines and larger commercial accounts.
