Heritage Pool Supply Group (SRS Distribution) Acquires AquaCentral from Tenex Capital

Tenex Capital Management sold AquaCentral, the No. 2 U.S. distributor of pool equipment and supplies, to Heritage Pool Supply Group (a platform within SRS Distribution) in a transaction that closed on December 10, 2021. As part of the deal, Tenex and other AquaCentral shareholders received a minority equity stake in SRS Distribution, which is backed by Leonard Green & Partners and Berkshire Partners; the combined Heritage/AquaCentral footprint now operates multiple brands and dozens of branches across the U.S.
