Hexagon AB has acquired Projectmates (Systemates, Inc.), an owner-focused, SaaS-based enterprise construction project management software provider headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The acquisition brings Projectmates into Hexagon's Geosystems division to strengthen Hexagon's construction software offering (HxGN Smart Build) for asset owners and accelerate global expansion of the platform.
