Hexagon to Acquire indurad and xtonomy to Advance Autonomous Mining

Hexagon announced it will acquire indurad, a Germany-based radar and RTLS technology company, along with its autonomous haulage subsidiary xtonomy. The deal is expected to close in late November and will bring indurad’s modular radar collision-avoidance and machine automation capabilities into Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions division.
