Hexagon AB to Acquire Inertial Sense

Hexagon AB has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Inertial Sense, a Utah-based developer of compact tactical-grade inertial navigation systems and GNSS+INS solutions. The acquisition is expected to close in the first half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, and will expand Hexagon’s assured positioning, navigation, and timing capabilities for aerospace, defense, robotics, and unmanned systems.
