HiBob, the HR platform company behind Bob, announced it will acquire Mosaic, a cloud-based Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) platform, subject to closing conditions. The acquisition aims to combine workforce/HCM capabilities with Mosaic’s FP&A planning to deliver an integrated people-first solution for mid-market companies’ HR and finance teams.
