HiBob Acquires Mosaic FP&A Platform

TransPerfect Acquires Paybooks Technologies

TransPerfect has acquired India-based Paybooks Technologies, a cloud-based HR, payroll, and compliance platform, in a deal announced Sept. 30, 2024; financial terms were not disclosed. Paybooks will continue to be led by CEO Samira Rao, COO Gururaja Upendra, and CPO Prakash Kumar (who will join TransPerfect's senior management), and all employees are being retained as the business gains access to TransPerfect’s global footprint and R&D resources.

The deal brings KinHR's ~4,500 users into Wagepoint's platform (which serves more than 20,000 small businesses) to create an integrated payroll, time & HR offering for SMB customers.

The deal integrates payroll capability into CIPHR's platform and enables two new products—CIPHR Payroll and CIPHR Outsourced Payroll—expanding the group's payroll services and customer reach.
