Highmetric, backed by The Acacia Group, has acquired Vorto, a UK-based team of ServiceNow specialists with expertise in the financial services sector. The acquisition expands Highmetric's technical delivery capability and adds proprietary Now Platform products (CodeWorks and PatchWorks) to strengthen its ServiceNow offering for enterprise clients.
