Hilb Group Acquires Ryan Harris Insurance and Financial Services, Inc.

Hilb Group, a Richmond-based insurance brokerage, acquired Salem, Virginia–based Ryan Harris Insurance and Financial Services, Inc., effective July 1, 2021, expanding Hilb Group's Mid-Atlantic footprint. The agency principal Ryan Harris and his team will join Hilb Group's Mid-Atlantic regional operations as part of one of six Virginia agency acquisitions completed by Hilb Group that month.
