Hillman Solutions Corp. (Hillman) closed two tuck-in acquisitions after the quarter end to expand its industrial maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) and pro distribution categories. It acquired Campbell Chain & Fittings from Apex Tool Group, LLC and acquired Delaney Hardware, strengthening Hillman’s chain and door/builder’s hardware product breadth.
