HireQuest, Inc. Acquires Northbound Executive Search

HireQuest will fund the deal with cash on hand, a modest draw on its line of credit, $500,000 in HireQuest stock and a seller's note portion payable over three years; Northbound founders Rachel and Greg Feder will remain to lead the business.

HireQuest Acquires Assets of Snelling Staffing

The deal includes 48 Snelling locations (about $95 million in system-wide sales in 2020) and is intended to expand HireQuest’s commercial staffing capabilities and geographic footprint across the U.S.
