Holyvolt completed the acquisition of U.S.-based Wildcat Discovery Technologies, bringing together Holyvolt’s manufacturing technologies and Wildcat’s high-throughput battery materials discovery platform. The companies said the integration is meant to shorten the path from lab breakthroughs to industrial battery production and strengthen battery supply chains in Europe and North America.
