Arrivia Acquires Bon Voyage Travel

Arrivia, a global travel loyalty and technology company, has acquired Bon Voyage Travel, a luxury-focused, advisor-led travel agency. The deal preserves Bon Voyage Travel's brand and leadership (President Ryan Hansen remains in place; founder Peter Evans will serve in an advisory role) and is intended to strengthen Arrivia's presence in the premium and luxury cruise market; financial terms were not disclosed.

Groupe SEB Acquires Pacojet

Groupe SEB has acquired Pacojet, a Swiss family-owned maker of a signature professional culinary appliance based in Zug. The deal expands Groupe SEB’s professional product offering and brand presence in the foodservice market; Pacojet reported about €24 million in 2022 and roughly 40 employees. The acquisition complements Groupe SEB’s existing professional portfolio (coffee, crepe/waffle makers, juice extraction) and supports its growth ambitions in the professional segment.

Argosy Private Equity Acquires Vac2Go

Argosy Private Equity acquired Vac2Go, LLC, a Louisville-based provider of vacuum truck rentals and related repair services, in March 2023. NewSpring (via its mezzanine strategy) provided mezzanine debt and a preferred equity co-invest to support the transaction; Argosy will implement its Value Acceleration Methodology to grow Vac2Go's fleet, branches and used-equipment sales channels.

CoStar Group Acquires Business Immo
