Hometown Financial Group, Inc. entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire CFSB Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Colonial Federal Savings Bank. The deal, valued at about $44 million, is expected to close in Q4 2025, and Colonial Federal branches will be integrated into North Shore Bank.
