Horizon Capital Backs Adeptio Law Group with £30m to Acquire FBC Manby Bowdler

Horizon Capital is committing £30 million to back the formation and expansion of Adeptio Law Group, taking a majority stake in the newly formed legal services platform. As part of the transaction Adeptio Law Group has completed the acquisition of FBC Manby Bowdler, a full-service West Midlands law firm, as the platform's founding firm to support a roll-up strategy across the UK legal market.
