Hub International Acquires Assets of Bubrig Insurance Agency

Hub International Limited acquired the assets of Bubrig Insurance Agency, Ltd. and its affiliate Blue Cedar Insurance, LLC, a Belle Chasse, Louisiana-based independent personal-lines insurance agency. The Bubrig team, led by Bill Bubrig, will join Hub Gulf South as Hub looks to expand its personal insurance capabilities and regional presence in Louisiana; terms were not disclosed.
