Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of Shaver-Robichaux Agency, Inc., an independent insurance agency with offices in Thibodaux and Raceland, Louisiana. The deal brings the Shaver-Robichaux team into Hub Gulf South to expand Hub's commercial and personal insurance capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
