Hub International Limited has acquired LSM Insurance Services Ltd., a Markham, Ontario-based online provider of life and health insurance solutions that specializes in the hard-to-insure market. Terms were not disclosed; Lorne Marr, owner and director of LSM, will join Hub Financial Inc. as part of the transaction as Hub continues to expand its geographic footprint and product capabilities in Canada.
