HUB International Limited acquired the assets of Epstein Financial Services LLC and Epstein Financial Group LLC, an East Longmeadow, Massachusetts-based independent Registered Investment Advisor. Terms were not disclosed; Charlie Epstein, Principal and Founder, will join Hub Retirement and Private Wealth as the deal expands HUB's retirement and wealth management capabilities.
