Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of Franklin Financial Group, LLC and Franklin Investment Group, LLC, expanding Hub’s employee benefits, retirement and wealth management presence in the Baltimore/Hunt Valley, Maryland area. The Franklin principals and team will join Hub Mid-Atlantic; terms were not disclosed and MarshBerry served as financial advisor to Franklin Financial Group.

WealthPlan Advisors had nearly 600 clients and managed more than $2.3 billion in assets as of March 2022; terms were not disclosed and the firm was represented by Wise Rhino Group.

The acquisition (terms undisclosed) brings Millennium's team, including co‑founders Paul Hunt and Steve Anderson, into HUB's Retirement and Private Wealth (Hub RPW) Mid‑Atlantic practice to strengthen HUB's presence in Virginia and the education/endowment markets.
