WealthPlan Advisors had nearly 600 clients and managed more than $2.3 billion in assets as of March 2022; terms were not disclosed and the firm was represented by Wise Rhino Group.

Terms were not disclosed; Heritage serves about 300 clients with more than $205 million in assets under management and Michael Finnell and his team will join Hub's Retirement and Private Wealth business to bolster its retirement and wealth advisory capabilities in Western Pennsylvania.
