365 Retail Markets has acquired Denver-based Impulsify, Inc., adding the company's grab-and-go retail management system and self-service kiosks to 365's suite of unattended retail technologies. The deal expands 365's reach into the hospitality and multifamily markets and combines complementary SaaS, payment processing and POS hardware capabilities to accelerate growth across new end markets.

Transact Acquires Hangry

Transact, a provider of campus payment and mobile credential solutions, has acquired Hangry, a Toronto-based mobile ordering and loyalty platform for higher education. The deal will integrate Hangry's mobile-first ordering, loyalty and marketing capabilities into Transact's campus commerce ecosystem to expand product functionality and improve the student experience; financial terms were not disclosed.

Corsair Acquires HungerRush from The CapStreet Group

Corsair acquired a majority stake in HungerRush, a Houston-based provider of the HungerRush 360 cloud POS and payments platform for restaurants, from The CapStreet Group, which will remain a minority investor. Corsair said it will leverage its payments and software expertise to accelerate HungerRush's growth, enhance product and technology offerings, and pursue organic and inorganic expansion plans; terms were not disclosed.

HungerRush Acquires Menufy
