Expro entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Enhanced Well Technologies Group AS (Enhanced Drilling) for approximately 2 billion Norwegian kroner (~$215 million) in cash, subject to customary closing conditions. The acquisition was subsequently completed, and Expro plans to integrate Enhanced Drilling’s managed pressure drilling (MPD) and riserless mud recovery services to expand its well construction and drilling-technology capabilities globally.

Enpro Inc. Acquires AlpHa Measurement Solutions and Overlook Industries

Enpro Inc. agreed to acquire AlpHa Measurement Solutions and Overlook Industries for an aggregate of approximately $280 million in cash, expanding its Sealing Technologies segment with liquid analytical sensing/instrumentation and single-use biopharma components. Overlook’s deal closed Oct. 8, 2025, and Enpro completed the AlpHa acquisition in November 2025; the combined acquisitions are expected to contribute more than $60 million in revenue and $17–18 million in adjusted segment EBITDA.

Hunting PLC Acquires Flexible Engineered Solutions (FES)

Hunting PLC has completed the acquisition of Flexible Engineered Solutions (FES), a UK-based supplier of subsea fluid transfer systems, for £50 million on a cash-free / debt-free basis. The deal, which sees FES integrated into Hunting's Subsea Technologies segment, strengthens Hunting's subsea product coverage and is expected to be earnings accretive in the first full year.

PremiStar Acquires Entek Solutions and Encom

Expro Acquires DeltaTek Global
