Huron Capital-backed Sunland Asphalt Acquires Georgia Paving

Huron Capital’s portfolio company Sunland Asphalt has acquired Georgia Paving, LLC, a metro-Atlanta asphalt maintenance and paving company founded in 1996. The add-on expands Sunland’s platform footprint into the Southeast, strengthening its service offering in asphalt paving, sealcoating, striping and concrete work.
