Hussmann Services Corporation, a Panasonic company, acquired certain assets of Exxeno LLC to add a cloud-based SaaS monitoring and analytics solution for commercial refrigeration. The acquisition strengthens Hussmann’s IoT and predictive-maintenance capabilities to help food retailers reduce energy and maintenance costs.
