Novacap and H5 Data Centers formed HyscaleIX Data Centers, a connectivity-focused data center joint venture, and announced an acquisition of a portfolio of carrier hotels from 365 Data Centers. The JV’s initial anchored portfolio includes carrier-connected facilities in Buffalo (New York), Nashville (Tennessee), and Tampa (Florida), plus a fourth facility in the Midwestern U.S.
