I Squared Capital’s Cube Green Energy to Acquire SUNfarming

I Squared Capital’s renewables platform Cube Green Energy has signed an agreement to acquire control of SUNfarming, a German agri-PV (solar on agricultural land) developer and independent power producer. The deal is expected to close by Q1 2025, subject to regulatory clearances, and SUNfarming founders and key management will retain a significant minority stake.
