Separately, iR agreed an all-stock acquisition of UK immersive-technology firm Landvault for $450 million to add digital-twin, spatial-computing and monetization capabilities and expand its Middle East and European footprint.

Perwyn has acquired LDC's stake in Newcastle-headquartered iamproperty, with co-founders Ben Ridgway and Jamie Cooke and the management team retaining a majority shareholding. iamproperty, a provider of SaaS technology solutions to UK estate agents (including the 'movebutler' conveyancing/onboarding platform), has grown rapidly under LDC's minority investment since 2019 — now employing over 530 people and expecting c. £76m revenue for the year ending October 2023.
