IBM Acquires Prescinto to Bolster Renewable Energy APM Capabilities

IBM has acquired Prescinto, a Bangalore-based provider of AI-driven asset performance management (APM) SaaS for renewable energy assets. The deal will expand IBM Maximo Application Suite's capabilities for monitoring, analytics and automation of wind, solar and storage assets, strengthening IBM's position in the energy and utilities market.
