ICL Group to Acquire Bartek Ingredients

ICL Group entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Bartek Ingredients, expanding its portfolio of specialty food solutions and functional food ingredients. The deal will be completed in two phases: ICL will initially invest about $90 million for approximately 50% of Bartek in the first quarter of 2026, with the remaining shares acquired in a second phase subject to milestones and regulatory approvals.
