GHK Capital Partners LP has completed the acquisition of Horizon Air Freight (Horizon Group) from ICV Partners, marking a control buyout of the global maritime logistics and freight forwarding specialist. The deal will enable GHK to accelerate Horizon's global expansion, pursue profitability improvements and further inorganic growth across the fragmented marine spare-parts logistics market.

Strategic Value Partners to Acquire Majority of Hornblower Group; Crestview Retains Minority

Funds managed by Strategic Value Partners (SVP) will acquire majority ownership of Hornblower Group and provide $121 million of new equity while Crestview Partners will retain a significant minority stake and take sole ownership of Journey Beyond. The transaction is part of a broader financial restructuring that includes $300 million of DIP financing, approximately $720 million of debt reduction and the planned sale or wind-down of Hornblower’s American Queen Voyages unit to focus the business on core land- and water-based experiences.

FCAH Aerospace Partners with Air Cargo Equipment

Horizon Air Freight Acquires Transmarine Navigation Corporation
