ICV Partners has made a majority investment in Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC), a St. Louis–based urgent care operator with 26 locations across the Midwest. The transaction partners ICV with TAUC management (including CEO Dr. Matt Bruckel and President Dr. Troy Dinkel) to support geographic expansion and open additional sites while continuing to enhance on-site diagnostic and pharmacy capabilities.
