Identity Intelligence Group, LLC (a portfolio company of Corsair Capital) acquired the Resident-Link division from Fraud Protection Network, Inc. The divestiture, advised by Three Sixty Seven Advisors, transfers Resident-Link’s rental payment reporting, credit monitoring, and identity protection capabilities to IDIQ to accelerate growth and expand its product offering.
